Ravenna
The city of mosaics and Dante Alighieri. Roman city, for a period the capital of the Empire, then Byzantine and Venetian. A melting pot of culture where you can visit 5 UNESCO heritage sites.
Brisighella
A medieval village made up of ancient narrow streets, stairs carved in plaster and a fortress with a breathtaking view.
Bertinoro
A medieval town full of walls, towers and ancient houses, known as “the city of wine” for an ancient legend linked to the daughter of a Roman emperor.
Faenza
Capital of ceramics, “faiance” is in fact still today the name of majolica in many European languages. It reached its splendor in the Renaissance and is still full of craft shops today, as well as the prestigious International Museum of Ceramics.
Dozza
Famous for the painted walls of the houses, it is an open-air art gallery, which develops among the medieval narrow streets in the shadow of the Rocca Sforzesca, in whose basements the Emilia-Romagna Regional Enoteca is located, with over 800 selected labels.
Sant’Arcangelo di Romagna
Also homeland of the famous poet, writer and screenwriter Tonino Guerra.
